Meet Tilly the Tipsy Trailer. Tilly’s days of hauling around ranch horses are over. She now lives the leisurely life of crashing weddings and events throughout the beautiful state of Idaho. She is a vintage horse trailer with a rustic charm and staff that will ensure you have a granny slappin’ good time! Don’t worry, no grannies will actually be slapped under our watch.
Tilly prides herself on serving local beer and wine made right here in Idaho. But if Uncle Buck wants a Coors Banquet Beer well, then by golly that’s what he’ll get. She can also serve up some mighty fine mixed spirits if you and your guests like the hard stuff. Heck, even if it’s a superbly sober party of mocktails, coffee or tea, Tilly’s it shall be!
Every member of our staff is fully insured and TIPS certified through the state of Idaho. Tilly’s bartenders are armed with all the accouterments essential to create a unique bar experience. Yeehaw!

Pony Up
A Pony Up Bar, aka a cash bar is where your guests pony up and buy their own drinks for a set price as they would at any watering hole. Cash bars are the easiest for controlling costs as the guests will be purchasing their own drinks.
Wet Your Whistle
Wet Your Whistle Bar, also called a host bar, is where the host pays for all the drinks. Not surprisingly, this means people will wet their whistles. The host can purchase a set amount of beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Once we have reached that cap we can either shut ‘er down or turn to a cash bar. Host pays up front.
Double Up
Double Up is a combination bar, which is an open and a cash bar. Combination bars are a real fine choice for hosts that want to treat their guests, but don’t want to break the bank. There are a few different ways to handle a combination bar. We can discuss this with hosts to find the most suitable route.

Will you be utilizing the horse trailer or would you prefer our stand-alone bar? Or does your venue have their own that we can use? What's your venue? What's your guest count? What's your budget? These are a few of the questions we'll need answered to get started.
We charge a non-refundable deposit/set up fee of $500.00. This includes the trailer, up to six hours of service, one bartender, bio-degradable plastic cups, cocktail napkins, straws, license, permit, insurance and ice for 100 guests.
-If you are utilizing our vintage beverage cart, stand alone bar, or your venue's bar we require a $250 deposit/setup fee. Please note;
-Two Bartenders are required over 100 guests unless otherwise agreed upon by client and provider. Additional hours and 1 TIPS-certified bartender, bio-degradable plastic cups, cocktails napkins, straws and ice can be added for $55/hr.
-There is a $750 event minimum. If you don't reach this amount we will charge the client $750.00. There will be a 3.5% electronic processing fee for any electronic payments.
-Idaho State alcohol tax of 6% to be added to all alcohol sales.
-A 20 % gratuity will be added to total hosted bill. Cash bar/Un-hosted tips are up to each individual guest.
-60 miles of travel roundtrip are included. An additional travel fee outside 60 miles roundtrip will be added to initial invoice.

Host selects 3 liquor selections, 2 wine selections, 2-4 beer selections, 1 champagne (if desired), and 5 non-alcoholic mixers. We can bring an assortment of seltzers if desired.
We do have the ability to do 2 signature drinks for your event depending on the cocktail choice.
Host must supply their own water and non-alcoholic beverages if not pre-ordered through us.
All guests, no matter your age, must present staff with a valid form of Identification.
Absolutely no outside alcohol allowed. We will cease service if we find that guests have brought in outside beverages.
Absolutely no underage drinking. We will cease service if we find that underage guests have been consuming alcohol.
