As Coordinators, our mission is to make your wedding day everything you've always dreamed of! We are not your typical Coordinators; we strive to go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. From plating your dinners and making sure your drinks are topped, up to making sure the bridal party and immediate family are well taken care of, we handle it all. If there’s a wardrobe malfunction or a broken boutonniere, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.
Our exceptional services begin at $1000 for basic setup and teardown and range up to $3000 for Month-of coordination services.

The ICC team will arrive on your special day to set up the decorations, centerpieces, and arrange the tables and chairs. They will also return at the end of the evening to pack away any decorations, gifts, and other items. Additional services can be added a la carte.
We start with a one-hour phone consultation. Following this, we will conduct a venue walk-through and a virtual meeting to begin creating your Ceremony and Reception Planner. On your special day, your Coordinator will be on-site for up to ten hours to manage all aspects of the event.
Your Day-of Coordinators will reach out to you one month before your wedding to discuss your needs and vision. We focus on finalizing any outstanding details related to design, layout, and vendors. On your wedding day, two Day-of Coordinators will manage and coordinate all aspects of the event for up to 12 hours.
